THE CAYGED COLLECTION'S POLICY

By completing a purchase with The Cayged Collection you are agreeing to our shipping, delivery, returns, and damages policy.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email. The Cayged Collection is based in Atlanta, Georgia therefore, we ship all orders from Atlanta, Georgia.
To ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner please make sure the address you enter during the checkout process is correct (please double check your address). Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. If the package says, “returned non-deliverable”, we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit for the purchase price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
The Cayged Collection IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
 SHIPPING AND HANDLING
US Orders – At this time, The Cayed Collection is only shipping within the United States. Shipping cost is estimated based on size and weight of package.
Generally, items will ship within 3-4 business days and arrive within 1-3 business days. Some packages may take longer to arrive due to mailing delays which is out the control of The Cayged Collection. USPS also recognizes federal holidays and will hold packages in transit on those days. You may track your domestic orders by visiting www.USPS.com. Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time-frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Free shipping is provided on all U.S. orders over $100 (sub-total). Excludes: Gift Card Purchases.
Gift Cards that are apart of a purchase must have additional items that total $100+ to receive free shipping. If a gift card is purchased and the remaining item(s) in that order requires shipment and does not meet the total of $100+, you will be charged the associated shipping fee based on size and weight of the package.
PROCESSING TIME
After your payment is authorized and verified, processing your order can take up to 2-3 business days. During a sale period the processing time can increase to up to 4-5 business days. All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday and all orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you do not receive your package or the tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; or your package was lost or stolen, you must contact USPS or the delivery carrier. The Cayged Collection does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. 
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. The Cayged Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
RETURNS 
The customer who purchased the order is responsible for contacting Info@Cayged.com to initiate the return process. 
If you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date of your merchandise. After 5 days from the confirmed delivery date, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and with tags still attached.). Items that do not meet this criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
Clearance Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers who wish to return merchandise to The Cayged Collection are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. Please secure your items in the same or comparable packaging. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
If you are requesting an exchange, you are responsible for the postage amount of the item being shipped back to you. An invoice for the postage amount will be sent to you via the email address that's on file from the purchase order. After 30 days, any unpaid postage invoices for items to be returned back to the customer will be canceled and items will be added back to our current inventory.
DAMAGES
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date of your merchandise with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail the damaged merchandise back to us for the return to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed and we will exchange the damaged merchandise for the same merchandise purchased (if in stock). If the item is not in stock, you will be issued a store credit which will be emailed to you via the email provided from the purchase order.   
The Cayged Collection is not responsible for packages mailed back to us as "returned non-deliverable, return to sender, address not deliverable", or the like; therefore, we suggest that you use a traceable and insured mail service.
STORE CREDIT
When placing an order online and you want to use your store credit as part or full payment of your purchase order, you will need to enter the gift code that was previously sent to you via email during the check out process to redeem your store credit.

Information We Collect
Generally, you control the amount and type of information you provide to us when using our website. As a visitor, you can browse our website to find out more about our website. You are not required to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information as a visitor.

Text Marketing and notifications: By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Geographical Information: When you use the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city our customer base is located. Customizing Our Website: We may use the Personally Identifiable information you provide to us along with any computer information we receive to customize our website.
